Welcome to the Knorrhütte Please note the following information for your booking and your stay with us: Important booking information Payment: We only accept cash payment. Please bring the appropriate amount with you. No deposit required: Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. Your credit card is only used for security purposes and will only be charged in the event of a cancellation in accordance with our cancellation conditions or in the event of a no-show. Reservations: Reservations are possible until 18:00 the day before at the latest. If you wish to make a reservation at short notice, please contact the hut staff directly. Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible online via the booking portal. Please log in to your account for this purpose. Please note: Please read our cancellation conditions carefully in advance. Our standard route to the hut is via the Reintal valley from Garmisch. If your arrival via other routes (e.g. from Tyrol) is not possible due to snow or other obstacles, the regular cancellation conditions still apply. Cancellation free of charge for these reasons is not possible. No bookings by telephone or SMS: Bookings can only be made via our online booking portal. Waiting list for fully booked places: If all the places on your desired date are fully booked, you can be placed on the waiting list. To do this, make a regular booking. You will be notified automatically as soon as a place becomes available. Important information about your stay: Breakfast times: Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am to 7:30 am. Reserved sleeping places: Your sleeping places are only reserved until 18:30. Please plan your arrival accordingly. Sleeping bags compulsory: Sleeping bags are compulsory at the hut.
