Jones Bay Campground

US

Jones Bay is one of Lake Roosevelt’s smaller, more rustic campgrounds. The campground is mostly gravel and packed dirt, with not much vegetation, on the lake shore. It can be reached by boat and has a boat launch and dock. Jones Bay can be also be reached by car, but may be difficult to find. Jones Bay is located at the bottom of a ravine that opens up into a beautiful bay on Lake Roosevelt. It's located in the brush stepe so has a desert feel to it with the bitter antelope brush and sage. Great fishing is just a boat ride away. Beautiful views up and down the lake. Jones Bay is popular with people that like a more remote primitive site. There is access to the water with a small boat ramp. Fishing is great from the water or the shore. This location is unstaffed. Full for your dates? We'll email you if something opens up.

We store the hut, arrival date, nights and group size in your account. When our data shows enough beds on every night, we email you once. This does not reserve beds. Checking stops after the email or once the arrival date has passed. The entry stays until you remove it; removing deletes it and stops further alerts.
