We are looking for a third family to share a five bedroom/three bath house for the 2018-2019 ski season. We are two families with college age kids and have shared the house for five years. It is a 70’s house with lots of light and views in Alpine Meadows. You can ski to the house off the back of Lakeview chair for untracked powder.

– Beds for ten, 2,500 sq ft with full length decks front and rear.
– Five minutes from Alpine Meadows. Avoid the traffic and get the fresh tracks on powder days
– Two car garage with flat driveway that is plowed
– 5br/3 ba house with open living room/dining room, table seats 10, with separate den with satellite TV
– Kitchen with pantry, gas stove, two ovens and commercial espresso machine
– Dog friendly with two labradors
– Ecobee thermostats so the house is warm when you get there
– Wifi
– Gas fire place
– Trails out the door for backcountry and snow shoeing
Lease from December 1 to April 30th. $8,500 per family including utilities, plowing and cleaning for the season.
