This is a very nice, modern home compared to other ski leases we’ve seen, right in Squaw Valley. It has a hot tub, sauna, heated floors, cosy living area with fireplace, internet etc. Our lease runs Dec 4 through the May 20 excluding two weeks over Christmas/ New Year (12/18- 01/08). This 5 bedroom bi-level home (with 4 bath rooms) is a quick 5-min drive to Squaw lifts or the Alpine road.

We are a mix of weekday and weekend warriors coming from the Bay Area mostly. We have a good group from previous years and are just looking to top up a few members for those whose circumstances have changed. We love hot tubbing, watching ski DVD’s, sharing good wine or beer, and cooking together when we aren’t crushing Squaw Apres.

We are super excited to have fun, professional, responsible ski/board happy members join our group for this season.

Price

$2,500 for more the than 5 month lease (Dec-May) + security and utilities deposits.

Midweek special

If you could be a ‘mid week’ leaser, we maybe able to offer a cheaper rate and this could in turn allow me to drop the rate per person for the weekend crowd also.
